★ My devices, personal link & history

Remote teams spend a lot of time on calls, and someone always needs a file that is sitting on another person's laptop. Uploading to a shared drive, waiting for sync and sending the link breaks the flow. With Sendryo, you paste a link into the call chat and the file streams straight to your teammate while you keep talking. It works across any mix of operating systems and browsers, without accounts. For files the whole team needs to keep, your shared drive is still the right home.

      The problems we solve

      • Uploading to a shared drive just to hand over one file slows down calls
      • Contractors and partners may not have access to the company drive
      • Large recordings and builds clog chat tools with size limits

      How remote teams use Sendryo

Share a file during a video call

Drag the file into Sendryo, tap Get share code and paste the link into the call chat. Your teammate opens it and receives the file directly. Because the connection is two-way, they can send their updated version back in the same session.

      Send to an external contractor

Contractors often lack access to internal drives. Set a password, turn on approve-each-receiver, and send them the link. The file goes directly to them without granting drive permissions that someone then has to remember to remove. Nothing is left shared once the session ends.

Distribute a recording to several people

After a workshop, send the full recording to several teammates at the same time. Each opens the link while your page is open. If others need it later, also save the recording to your shared drive for long-term access. That covers both cases.

      Frequently asked questions

Does it work if teammates are in different countries?

Yes. Sendryo connects devices over the internet with a code or link, so location does not matter. Speed depends on both connections. Both people need to be online at the same time, which suits teams that overlap during calls or core hours.

Is it allowed by our company?

That depends on your organization's policies. Some companies restrict which file transfer tools staff can use, and some corporate firewalls block peer-to-peer connections. Check your IT or security policy before using Sendryo for work files. When in doubt, ask your security team before sending work files.

How is this better than our chat tool's file sharing?

Chat tools often limit file size and keep files in the workspace indefinitely. Sendryo has no size limit from us and keeps no copy. For files that should be searchable later in the chat history, your chat tool is the better place.
