Sendryo is for moving your own files and files you have the right to share. You may not use the Service to:
- send, request or store child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors (we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement);
- share content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- distribute malware, ransomware or other harmful code, or phish for credentials;
- harass, threaten, dox or defame anyone, or share someone's intimate images without consent;
- promote violence, terrorism or illegal activity, or violate export controls or sanctions;
- scrape, overload, attack or try to break the Service, our signaling server or the tools, or use them to send spam;
- pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Because files go directly between devices, we cannot see what is sent. If you receive something unlawful, report it to hello@sendryo.com and, where appropriate, to law enforcement. We may block access that violates this policy.
