We respect intellectual property rights. Sendryo does not host or store user files, because transfers go directly between devices, so in most cases there is nothing on our servers to remove. We still respond to notices about content on our own website and about misuse of the Service.
Sending a notice
Email hello@sendryo.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it appears on sendryo.com; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Counter-notices and repeat infringers
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g). We will block access for users who repeatedly infringe where we can identify them.
